Adult Therapy at F&T

At F&T, our therapists work with you to explore the emotions and life experiences causing psychological distress. We are committed to the guidelines of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), emphasising the importance of a good and healthy therapeutic relationship. Understanding Mental Well-Being

Poor mental well-being is highly complex, with no simple answers to questions like, "What causes depression and anxiety?" Various factors play a role, and many mental health issues are best understood as normal human responses to distressing situations, influenced by the culture we live in.
